- Handling of national and international shipping processes including organisation of transport
- Written and telephone customer support
- Preparation of all necessary documents for transport and customs clearance
- Complaint management
- Very good language skills in German and English in writing and speaking
- Solid ERP knowledge, ideally SAP
- Passion for foreign trade and order processing
- Organisational skills and an overview of the whole process
- Progressive employment conditions

- Order and export processing including the creation of detailed instructions for production and logistics- Handling of national and international shipping processes including organisation of transport
- Written and telephone customer support
- Preparation of all necessary documents for transport and customs clearance
- Complaint management
Profile
- Commercial basic training with further education in export is mandatory- Very good language skills in German and English in writing and speaking
- Solid ERP knowledge, ideally SAP
- Passion for foreign trade and order processing
- Organisational skills and an overview of the whole process
