About us

Infosynergie SA is a company active in IT solutions and business services. To strengthen our technical team, we are looking for a motivated, autonomous IT Specialist CFC who is customer satisfaction oriented.

Your mission

Within our support team, you will handle client requests as well as on-site and remote interventions. You will participate in maintaining and ensuring the proper functioning of IT infrastructures for SMEs in various sectors.

Your responsibilities

• Provide level 1 and 2 IT support to our clients.
• Receive, analyse and process requests via phone, email and ticketing system.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network incidents.
• Install, configure and update workstations and peripherals.
• Participate in user management, access control and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Carry out technical interventions on site.
• Ensure ticket follow-up and document interventions.
• Participate in IT projects and client migrations.

Your profile

• IT Specialist CFC or equivalent training.
• Experience in user support and workstation management.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong knowledge of networks and security (ideally Sophos).
• Ease in user contact and a service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently while appreciating teamwork.
• Category B driving licence essential.
