Your Tasks

• Ensuring smooth technical order processing from order receipt to production and assembly release
• Conducting technical coordination with customers and obtaining binding approval "Good to Execute"
• Planning, coordinating and monitoring assembly assignments in cooperation with customers and assembly teams
• Ensuring efficient information flow between sales, production, assembly and end customers
• Creating and preparing production-ready CAD drawings based on customer sketches and technical specifications
• Developing production and assembly documents for timely implementation
• Creating programmes and production data based on approved drawings
• Supporting the optimisation of work and production processes
• Taking over deputy duties in order entry during absences
• Ensuring high data quality and process compliance

Your Profile

• Completed vocational or commercial training in an industrial company
• Experience in work preparation, technical order processing or production planning is an advantage
• Good knowledge in creating and reading technical drawings
• Experience in telephone customer contact and resolving technical issues
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
• Strong organisational skills and high sense of responsibility
• Enjoyment in coordinating different stakeholders
• Experience in collaboration with sales, production, technical and assembly departments is an advantage
• Further training in AVOR, project management or process management is desirable
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Confident handling of common ERP and CAD systems is an advantage
