About the job

• You take care of the maintenance and upkeep of our green spaces and ensure that lawns, flower beds, hedges, shrubs and trees always present a well-kept appearance.
• You carry out planting work as well as replacement and new plantings and actively contribute to the attractive design of our company premises.
• You undertake cutting, cleaning and seasonal maintenance tasks such as weed removal, leaf clearance, pest control or winter services.
• You perform minor repair and maintenance work indoors and outdoors and provide flexible support in the building services or cleaning team as needed.

• You have a completed training in gardening and landscaping (EBA/EFZ) or have several years of professional experience in professional green space maintenance.
• You have experience handling motorised garden equipment and work safely, efficiently and with quality awareness.
• You work independently, proactively and reliably and recognise the need for action before others do.
• You convince with joy in your work, professional pride and team spirit and have the ambition to help shape a well-kept environment.
