For the Konradhof in Winterthur, we are looking for a housekeeping staff member 80-100% to start immediately or by arrangement.
The Konradhof with residence and apartments belongs to the Atlas Foundation. It was rebuilt and renovated in 2016 according to the plans of Graf Biscioni. The Konradhof is located in the centre of Winterthur directly at the SBB train station. It has in the building
of the residence 98 residential apartments and a care department with 21 single rooms as well as 19 apartments in the adjacent building.
Your area of responsibility
- Professional cleaning of the apartments, the rooms in the care department and the general and infrastructure areas according to the schedule and duty roster
- Forwarding of residents’ concerns as well as reporting important observations and incidents
- Implementation of the instructions of the housekeeping team management

You bring with you
- Preferably domestic training as a specialist in hotel and domestic services EFZ
- Proven practical experience in cleaning apartments and care rooms as well as public areas
- Independent and careful working method
- Resilient and reliable personality
- Good knowledge of German
