Team Leader AEMP 80-100%

Your main tasks
- Together with the shift leaders and the team, you ensure a smooth, efficient, and quality-compliant operational process and ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- You take on the professional and personnel leadership of the employees assigned to you and ensure demand-oriented deployment and shift planning.
- You plan and manage personnel resources considering workload, capacities, and budgetary requirements.
- You promote, assess, and develop employees and ensure that the required professional and practical competencies are present in the team and can be expanded.
- You ensure customer- and process-oriented service delivery as well as collaboration with internal and external interfaces.
- You drive the further development of processes and procedures in your area of responsibility through analyses and optimisations.
- You are responsible for planning, leading, implementing, and documenting projects as well as participating in cross-departmental and strategic developments of the AEMP.
Your profile
- Completed training as a Medical Device Technologist EFZ or equivalent qualification
- Further training in Specialist Knowledge II (mandatory)
- Several years of professional experience in the AEMP as well as experience in a leadership or coordinating role
- Confident handling of IT and documentation systems (e.g., batch documentation systems)
- Strong leadership and organisational skills as well as experience in personnel deployment and shift planning
- Analytical thinking skills and competence in evaluating and optimising processes
- High social competence, decisiveness, as well as strong communication and conflict resolution skills
