What is my role?

• Acceptance, categorisation, evaluation and solution-oriented handling of support requests in 1st and 2nd level support

• Maintenance and expansion of workplace IT infrastructure, especially end devices, additional devices, multifunction printers and telephone systems

• Execution of client deployments, installation of operating systems and distribution of software packages

• Administration of user accounts, computer objects, groups and access rights within Microsoft Active Directory

• Handling all IT-related processes for new hires, terminations and personnel changes, including user, rights and device management

• Support and assistance for users in dealing with specialised applications

• Participation in IT projects, system migrations, rollouts and the continuous improvement of the IT landscape

What do I need to be successful?

• Successfully completed vocational training as an IT specialist EFZ with a focus on system technology or equivalent qualification

• Several years of practical experience of at least 5 years in a comparable position

• Solid expertise in handling Microsoft Windows clients and their management

• Extensive practical experience in software distribution, software packaging, imaging procedures and automated installation processes

• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, especially in the administration of users, groups and computer objects

• Strong analytical and methodical thinking skills as well as an interest in systematic problem solving

• Independent, reliable and results-oriented approach

• High service and user orientation

• Team spirit, adaptability and communication skills
