Electrician – Project Manager with Responsibility for Large Projects
Tasks
- Independent project management from A to Z – from quotation to billing
- Consultation and needs assessment with customers – from simple to complex electrical installations
- Support in order acquisition and maintenance of existing customer relationships
- Work preparation, coordination, and alignment with partners on the construction site
- Leadership and supervision of directly subordinate employees and apprentices
- Responsibility for deadlines, costs, and quality including reporting and project administration
Requirements
- Basic training as an electrician with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
- Further training as a project manager (or higher professional examination advantageous)
- Ideally 2–3 years of experience in a comparable role
- Driving licence category B
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and industry-standard software
- Independent, structured working style with organisational skills
- Confident manner and good communication skills
