• You ensure the smooth running of daily business and events with your team
• Support in daily business throughout the entire ETH building
• Planning offers for both operations as well as ensuring all quality standards and continuous development of the team and operation
• Deputy to the Restaurant Manager in their absence
• Support the entire team with tasks outside the regular kitchen area as well

• Completed training as a cook or comparable professional experience
• Several years of experience in the à la carte area, at least Chef de Partie
• Several years of leadership experience as Sous Chef or Junior Head Chef
• You can communicate very well in German and English
• Creative mind with hands-on mentality and joy in direct guest contact
• Doer, go-getter, brings high quality awareness, enjoys setting new accents in a dynamic environment
