Ihre Aufgaben
- Collaborate on developing highly competitive trading algorithms and platforms for CeFi and DeFi markets
- Design and implement state-of-the-art trade execution and connectivity solutions
- Conduct research and analysis of DeFi protocols, exchange microstructures, and trading strategies
- Stay up to date with developments in blockchain ecosystems, DeFi protocols, and exchange landscapes
- Contribute to end-to-end solutions, from concept and prototyping to deployment
Unsere Anforderungen
- Strong proficiency in applied mathematics, statistics, and numerical modeling
- Solid understanding of cryptocurrency markets and digital assets
- Comfortable in a Linux R&D environment with git and related tools
- Ability to research independently and adapt to rapidly changing markets
- Excellent programming skills in one or more blockchain languages (e.g., Golang, Rust, Solidity, Move)
- Proficiency in English
- Nice to Haves
- Hands-on experience in blockchain analytics, smart contract design, and cryptography
- Deep understanding of EVM or other blockchain ecosystems
- Programming experience in quantitative trading environments
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based systems
