Finance / Accounts Receivable Clerk 80-100% - Temporary Assignment or Permanent Position Possible - (m/f/d)

Job Description

• Support in accounts receivable accounting
• Handling customer enquiries via email and telephone
• Conducting dunning runs and reconciling incoming payments
• Processing, checking, and reconciling cash settlements
• Posting and reconciling credit card statements
• Assisting with reconciliation and control tasks
• Supporting statistical evaluations, reporting, and year-end closing tasks
• General administrative and accounting duties within the finance team

We Expect

• Completed commercial basic training
• Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting
• Experience in accounts receivable accounting is an advantage
• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
• Structured, independent, and precise working style
• Analytical thinking and interconnected action
• High service orientation and enjoyment of teamwork
• Good IT skills and affinity for digital processes
• Resilient and responsible personality
• Fluent German in spoken and written form
