Production Operator - Surface Treatment (M/F)

Your responsibilities

As a Surface Treatment Technician, your tasks will include:

• Operating and monitoring electroplating lines to ensure compliance with production and quality standards.
• Ensuring smooth production flows and intervening in case of deviations.
• Performing aesthetic and dimensional checks on produced parts.
• Carrying out first-level maintenance operations on equipment.
• Actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives and optimising manufacturing processes.
• Contributing to a positive workshop dynamic by promoting communication and information sharing within the team.
• Applying and adhering to safety, quality and environmental rules.

Your profile

Education

• Federal VET Diploma as Production Technologist, Electroplater, Chemistry Laboratory Technician or equivalent qualification.

Experience

• Initial successful experience in an industrial or automated production environment.
• Experience or knowledge in industrial chemistry, surface treatments or electroplating is a real advantage.
