Trainer in Nursing for the Dermatology Ward 80-100% (fixed shifts and days possible)

What can you expect with us?
- Responsibility for learning support as well as the design and evaluation of the training of students and apprentices (HF, FH and FaGe) in the department
- Close collaboration with students in learning and work groups as well as ensuring holistic and professional care and support of our patients
- Guidance, promotion, and support of apprentices and students in health professions (nursing HF, FH and FaGe) in everyday training
- Design of individual learning processes and promotion of the professional and personal development of apprentices and students
- Planning and coordination of various learning formats in close cooperation with the department management and the person responsible for education
What do you bring with you?
- Completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH as well as professional experience in acute care
- Independent, responsible, and resilient personality with high social and professional competence
- Enthusiasm for training future professionals as well as pedagogical further training (SVEB I, CAS) or willingness to complete it
- Enjoyment in taking responsibility for patient-oriented and professional care together with the interdisciplinary team
- Strong sense of responsibility and very good communication skills
- Motivation, expertise, experience, and enthusiasm to pass on the nursing profession to apprentices and students

The role offers you the opportunity to actively shape the training of apprentices and students while working in direct care. As a member of the management team, you will receive the necessary scope for design and support to professionally accompany learning processes and actively shape training in the department.
