Develop training and further education programmes that are not only instructive but also life-changing.

Work hand in hand with our trainers and care professionals to ensure that our trainees not only learn but also live what they have learned – through real, practical experiences.
Your backpack
- Qualified nursing professional HF/FH
- You have at least the SVEB 1 certificate and are willing to obtain the trainer qualification with a federal professional certificate
- You bring several years of experience in supporting trainees
- A heart for the training and promotion of young people.
- A visionary mindset that goes beyond traditional educational methods.
- The ability to listen, motivate, and inspire young talents.
- A strong commitment to quality and innovation in education.
