Les EMS du Mandement Sàrl consists of 3 medico-social establishments:
- Résidence La Plaine: which accommodates 92 residents of AVS age dependent physically and mentally.
- Résidence Mandement: which accommodates 45 residents of AVS age.
- Villa Mandement: which accommodates 30 residents under 65 years old with mental disorders.

Résidence Mandement is looking for a Care and Support Assistant as soon as possible on a permanent contract at 80%.
Job description
We offer a rewarding experience within a passionate and committed multidisciplinary team. You will be responsible for:
- Providing quality care (nursing and comfort) adapted to the needs of residents, respecting their dignity and well-being.
- Assisting residents in their daily activities (toileting, meals, mobility).
- Participating in monitoring the health status of residents and reporting any relevant observations to the multidisciplinary team.
- Working closely with the care team and contributing to a safe, warm, and welcoming environment.
- Respecting hygiene rules and institutional protocols.
Profile sought
Profile sought:
- Holder of the Assistant in Care and Support diploma or equivalent (mandatory)
- Experience in geriatrics and psychogeriatrics (an asset).
- Knowledge of the DIR software from Sadies (an asset).
- Excellent level of French, written and spoken.
- Empathy, patience, and kindness
- Excellent communication and listening skills. Ability to communicate clearly, precisely, and appropriately with the interlocutor.
- Adaptability and team spirit while being autonomous and organised
- Strong sense of rigour and responsibility.
- Availability for flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
