In this role, you’ll provide strategic financial leadership for our <b>Direct </b><b>Procurement and Third-Party Manufacturing (TPM)</b> operations—helping shape decisions that impact global healthcare delivery.</p><p></p><p>This is more than a numbers role—it’s a chance to collaborate cross-functionally, drive meaningful change, and grow your career in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.</p></div></div><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><p></p><p>As a valued member of our finance team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting strategic decision-making and driving operational excellence across our global procurement and third-party manufacturing (TPM) functions. Your contributions will help ensure we deliver high-quality healthcare products efficiently and responsibly.</p><p></p><p><b>Financial Leadership & Analysis</b></p><ul><li>Lead the consolidation and analysis of Direct Spend financials (e.g., COGS/PPV) for planning and forecasting cycles.</li><li>Monitor and report monthly performance against financial targets, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.</li><li>Conduct insightful cost analysis to support data-driven decisions in procurement and manufacturing.</li><li>Develop and maintain standard cost models, ensuring transparency and accuracy in financial planning.</li><li>Prepare clear, concise reports for Operations Management to support strategic alignment.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Cross-Functional Collaboration</b></p><ul><li>Partner closely with Commercial, Procurement, and TPM teams to provide product cost insights for annual planning and new product introductions (NPI).</li><li>Collaborate with global colleagues to ensure compliance with corporate and local procurement policies.</li><li>Support gross margin improvement initiatives by coordinating financial targets, tracking progress, and sharing best practices.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Strategic Support & Continuous Improvement</b></p><ul><li>Act as a trusted advisor to the TPM/Procurement leadership team, offering financial expertise and guidance.</li><li>Provide ongoing support to the TPM/PROC Controller on finance-related activities and initiatives.</li><li>Contribute to cross-functional projects and process improvements that enhance efficiency and impact.</li><li>Serve as a knowledge resource by gathering and sharing best practices across the division.</li></ul><p><b>Minimum Education:</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or similar qualification</p></li><li><p>Accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) an advantage</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Minimum Experience/Training Required:</b></p><ul><li><p>Minimum 4-7-year experience in Finance</p></li><li><p>Excel expertise</p></li><li><p>SAP literate</p></li><li><p>Experience working within a multinational environment preferable</p></li><li><p>Experience in financial modelling and cost-benefit analysis would be an advantage</p></li><li><p>Strong communication, presentation and teamwork skills</p></li><li><p>Project management experience</p></li></ul><p></p><p><span><span>Do you like the sound of this job and think you’ve got what it takes?
