• Together with the team, you are responsible for the professional leadership and conceptual further development of topics around customer interaction
• You and your team are responsible for ensuring the consistent application of customer journeys around key events as well as the advisory and support process
• You consistently drive the strategic change in sales, are responsible for the sales dialogue with targeted measures, and oversee transfer coordination and standards as well as exchange forums including success measurement
• Together with the team, you design and define future-oriented and differentiating standards regarding advisory aids/tools and implement these in interdisciplinary teams
• You are responsible for promoting and further developing your employees as well as a positive performance culture to ensure team success

• You have several years of professional and leadership experience in advising on banking topics and hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent), ideally complemented by regular further training
• You are an empathetic and inspiring personality, bring strong leadership skills, and possess excellent communication and motivational abilities
• You think in a networked way, have extensive conceptual experience, and as a team player, you handle stakeholders confidently
• You think entrepreneurially, understand the current challenges in customer interaction and sales, and act in a connected manner
• You work focused and reliably even under high pressure and uncertainty and convince with well-founded arguments
