Team Leader Fiduciary (m/f/d)

Role:
The company is an established consulting and service firm specialising in fiduciary services, finance and accounting, tax advice, and business management consulting. With high expertise, many years of experience, and a strong customer focus, it supports companies, SMEs, and private individuals with financial, organisational, and strategic issues.
Responsibilities:
You lead an experienced fiduciary team both professionally and personally and ensure clear structures.
You independently manage your own mandates – from financial and payroll accounting to annual financial statements.
You advise companies and private individuals on fiduciary and tax matters as well as VAT topics.
You independently prepare and review tax returns for natural and legal persons.
In communication with clients, authorities, and insurance companies, you ensure professional support.
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in fiduciary services.
Sound knowledge of financial and payroll accounting.
Strong customer and service orientation as well as high discretion.
Independent, resilient, and quality-conscious working style with a quick grasp.
Confident command of German.
