The position combines application management, technical analysis, and project work with close collaboration with internal departments.

- Ensuring reliable operation of the systems under responsibility
- Capturing and analysing requirements from different departments
- Developing technical concepts and accompanying their subsequent implementation
- Optimising and automating existing processes and applications
- Analysing and resolving more complex technical issues
- Preparing and providing information for internal departments
- Participating in the introduction of new systems and functionalities
- Taking responsibility in various IT projects
- Coordinating between departments, internal IT specialists, and external partners
- Contributing to the further development of internal IT processes and quality standards
- Several years of experience in application management, business application environment, or a comparable IT function
- Experience in collaboration between IT and business departments
- Good understanding of data, interfaces, and the interaction of different systems
- Knowledge of databases and modern integration technologies is an advantage
- Initial experience with automation, scripting, or programming is an advantage
- Experience in analysing and implementing business requirements
- Project or subproject management experience is an advantage
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong service orientation and good communication skills
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills
