What you achieve:

Verification and clarification of benefit entitlement according to insurance regulations (KVG and VVG)
Review and billing of outpatient invoices and, if necessary, objections to invoices
Review of outpatient applications for cost approval
Creation of correspondence based on templates as well as independently
Contact person for complex inquiries from insured persons, service providers, and authorities

Why you succeed:

You have completed basic training in the medical field (e.g., MPA) or have supplemented commercial training with basic medical knowledge
Ideally, you have several years of experience in the health insurance industry
You work very efficiently, accurately, and responsibly
You also convince our customers with your high service orientation, your can-do mentality, and your committed way of working
You communicate confidently in German both orally and in writing; any additional language is a plus
