Certified Nurse HF/FH/DNII
Your tasks
- Holistic care and nursing of guests in accordance with our nursing philosophy and nursing process
- Assuming tasks as the primary nursing contact person
- Responsibility and management of the nursing process for assigned guests, including RAI nursing needs assessment
- Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach
- Planning and accompanying medical visits
- Assuming daily responsibility with coordination of the day team
- Leading case discussions and nursing reports
- Assuming tasks as a topic leader in a specialist area and thus participating in the group-wide network for nursing quality
- Willingness to work night shifts
Your profile
- Completed training as a Certified Nurse HF/FH/DNII or an equivalent qualification recognised by the SRK
- Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
- RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (paid for)
- Professional experience in Spitex/Inhouse Spitex desired
- A warm and humorous basic attitude
- Enjoyment of diverse challenges
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
