About the job
The Madame Charles Eynard-Eynard Foundation is a specialized educational institution whose mission is to support and assist children and adolescents of compulsory school age presenting various learning disorders, accompanied or not by associated disorders. It provides the following services:
- Specialized teaching, speech therapy, psychology, psychomotricity, and socio-educational support
- Reception for midday meals and extracurricular activities
In view of an upcoming retirement, we are looking for a:
Finance and Infrastructure Manager (M/F)
Member of the Management
Rate between 60 and 74%
Conditions: CCT, Vaud parapublic social sector
Start date: August 1, 2026 or negotiable
Your mission
- Strategic Management: As a member of the Management Committee, you actively participate in defining the foundation's overall strategy.
- Financial Management: You ensure accounting, budget preparation, cash flow monitoring, and reporting to the Foundation Board.
- Infrastructure Management: You are responsible for the maintenance and enhancement of our real estate portfolio (maintenance, renovations, security).
- Team Management: You supervise and value a team of 4 employees dedicated to concierge and cleaning services, ensuring the quality of the welcoming environment.
Your profile:
- Higher education in finance/accounting or business economics (Federal diploma, Master’s degree, or equivalent qualification).
- Proven experience in a financial management role, preferably in the parapublic sector.
- Experience in managing cross-functional projects, infrastructure management, and excellent understanding of the challenges of a parapublic organization.
- Ability to work in a team and lead a team in a spirit of collaboration.
- Particular sensitivity to the specialized education sector or the associative environment.
