Technical Data Management Specialist

We are looking for one of our clients in the industrial sector a Technical Data Management (TDM) Specialist

• Ensure the consistency of technical data in their IT systems, both for new products and existing products
• Actively participate in the implementation of new TDM tools (needs analysis, participation in project phases, writing procedures, deployment)
• Also perform data extractions and analyses aimed at improving their processes, efficiency, and results

Main tasks

Codes, bill of materials and packaging instructions

• Creation of "free issue" packaging elements 44xx in SAP
• Creation of finished product bills of materials (BOM) in SAP, including work instructions for the Packaging department
• Verification of bills of materials for all current orders
• Interaction with the Packaging Development and Operational Marketing departments for new projects
• Interaction with the Customer Service department for existing products
• Writing operational procedures
• Maintenance and updating of the database
• Proposing process and task improvements
• Occasional support for planning

Required knowledge / experience

• Commercial employee CFC or Bachelor degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience in industry
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of SAP: an advantage
• Good level of English, spoken and written
