In this role, you actively shape the further development of central applications in the construction environment using the possibilities of artificial intelligence. You take responsibility not only for maintaining existing systems but also for elevating them to a new level with innovative AI solutions. In doing so, you help make digital processes faster, simpler, and more competent. As a creative and ambitious Functional Application Manager AI, you decisively shape the future of modern, digitally supported construction projects.
Responsibilities:
Operate core applications, coordinate updates, and further develop them with AI solutions
Integrate AI agents and LLM-based services into business processes and manage projects
Implement and maintain solutions with Microsoft SharePoint and Power Automate
Analyse business requirements, create technical specifications, and develop prototypes
Ensure data protection, security, and compliance when using AI services and LLM APIs
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in application or technical product management as well as in IT implementation projects
Practical experience with generative AI, LLMs, and AI agents; Claude and MCP are advantageous
Confident use of AI development tools such as Cursor or GitHub Copilot for prototyping
Experience with SharePoint; knowledge of Power Automate and Dynamics 365 Business Central is advantageous
Very good German as well as strong analytical, stakeholder, and communication skills
