Team Leader Property Management (m/f/d)

Role:

In this role, you will take on the operational and professional leadership of a dynamic team in property management and be responsible for a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties. You will be responsible for varied, demanding management and ensure that processes are implemented efficiently, professionally, and with a customer focus. You will work with modern tools, benefit from attractive employment conditions and targeted training opportunities, and receive a company car including parking space if required. You actively shape flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths and foster a collegial, appreciative working atmosphere. Responsibilities:

• In this role, you lead two property management teams both professionally and operationally.
• You ensure high data quality, first-class management standards, and continuous process optimisation.
• You manage your own real estate portfolio with residential and commercial properties.
• As a property management leader, you organise and conduct initial lettings professionally.
• You support construction and renovation projects from a management perspective.
• You review annual financial statements, HBK accounts, budget planning, and accompany conciliation procedures as well as legal disputes.

Qualifications:

• You have advanced training in property management (at least property manager with a federal professional certificate, ideally federally certified real estate trustee).
• You have several years of professional experience in the professional management of real estate.
• You bring proven experience in the personnel and professional leadership of employees.
• You are very familiar with Swiss tenancy law and apply it confidently in everyday work.
• You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, are open to change and new approaches, and communicate clearly and persuasively.
• You have very good German language skills in spoken and written form, are proficient in MS Office and property management software, and hold a category B driving licence.
