Your Tasks
- You inspire our residents and guests daily with freshly prepared, seasonal dishes
- You independently prepare our daily menus as well as à la carte dishes in the hot and cold kitchen
- You take over the professional planning and preparation of all diet and special diet forms
- You advise and support the kitchen team on dietary questions
- You conduct internal training on dietetics, allergens, and special diet forms
- You monitor and document the diet and special diet processes
- At special events and banquets, you take responsibility and cook confidently and organized even on a larger scale
- You actively support the supervision and promotion of our apprentices
- You work in a structured, process-oriented manner with a high awareness of quality.
What You Bring
- Completed training as a cook EFZ and further training as a diet cook
- Several years of professional experience in a kitchen with an à la carte offer
- Team-oriented, committed personality with joy in a lively and dynamic work environment
- Strong quality awareness and a trained eye for detail in food preparation
