Quality Assurance Employee 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Electrical and mechanical testing with various measuring instruments

• Quality control and reporting of deviations, implementation of corrective actions

• Sealing/marking cable ends including accompanying processes according to specifications

• Documentation and recording of test results

• Packing the products after completion of all tests

• Support in process optimisation and participation in lean activities such as 5S

• Independent maintenance of equipment according to the maintenance plan

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed basic mechanical training

• Experience in the production and testing of cable components, including soldering processes and final inspections

• Very good fine motor skills for handling the smallest parts

• Very good technical and quality understanding

• Quick comprehension and precise working method

• Resilience and ability to work in a team, even under stress

• Flexibility to be deployed in several processes

• Very good German skills, spoken and written

• Confident handling of PC systems and ERP software

• Willingness to work in a three-shift system
