Are you a Metalworker EFZ, metal locksmith, or an experienced metal assembly technician looking for a long-term position in the canton of Lucerne?
For an established metal and glass construction company with around 60 employees, we are looking for a reliable professional for varied assembly work. You will assemble high-quality steel-glass constructions and work on interesting metal construction projects in Central Switzerland.
This is a long-term temporary assignment with a realistic possibility of permanent employment with the client company. If the collaboration suits you and our client, a later permanent hire is expressly desired.

Job Description
- Assembly of steel-glass constructions
- Assembly of doors, windows, façade elements, and metal components
- Execution of general metal and glass construction work
- Assembly of steel, aluminium, and glass constructions
- Work on construction sites and at customers in Central Switzerland
- Assistance with unloading and preparing components
- Work according to technical plans and assembly instructions
- Independent execution of assembly orders
- Collaboration with the chief assembler and the assembly team
- Quality and timely completion of work
We expect
- Completed training as a Metalworker EFZ, metal locksmith, or in a comparable profession
- Alternatively, several years of professional experience as a metal assembly technician or in metal and glass construction
- Practical experience in assembling metal or glass constructions
- Manual dexterity and technical understanding
- Independent, precise, and reliable working style
- Physical resilience and enjoyment of working on construction sites
- Good knowledge of German
- Driving licence category BE is an advantage
- Residence in Central Switzerland or the surrounding area
