As part of the targeted synergy utilization between Hypothekarbank Lenzburg and Swiss Bankers, we are looking for you as an experienced, integrative personality for the role of Project Lead HR Integration.

In close collaboration with HR management and the HR teams of both organizations, you are responsible for aligning and further developing HR processes, systems, and regulations – always taking into account labor law frameworks. Your goal: to establish efficient, digital, and practical solutions that combine the best of two organizations.
Your tasks
- Responsible for all tasks related to the HR integration of a sister company, including creating and adhering to the roadmap and schedule
- Harmonization and further development of HR processes, systems, and regulations
Identification and implementation of simplification and digitization potentials - Close, cooperative collaboration with HR management and involved teams
- Ensuring labor law compliance in the regulated banking environment
- Active change management: You shape the integration process both communicatively and conceptually and pragmatically assist with operational issues
What you bring
- Several years of experience in HR integrations, transformation projects, or comparable initiatives
- Solid understanding of HR processes, regulations, and HR system landscapes
- Experience in process optimization and digitization
- Structured, analytical, and at the same time pragmatic working style
- Entrepreneurial thinking as well as an independent, reliable personality with assertiveness
- Ideally experience in a regulated environment, preferably in the banking sector
