Gardener – Foreman with Leadership Responsibility

Activities

Take comprehensive care and maintenance of garden facilities as well as private green areas
Plan and coordinate workflows efficiently in the customer's garden
Independently lead and accompany a small team of 2 to 3 employees
Advise customers directly and competently recommend additional services
Organise material requirements and digitally document work assignments

Requirements

Completed training as a gardener specialising in garden and landscape construction EFZ
Bring experience in garden maintenance with sound plant knowledge
Ensure careful and precise work in all tasks
Show teamwork and reliability and ideally have initial leadership experience
Possess a category B driving licence; trailer experience is an advantage
