What to expect

• Create, manage, and maintain Microsoft Teams – including channels, permissions, and structures.
• Support user and license management in Microsoft 365.
• Maintain Entra ID, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Exchange Online together with the team.
• Implement governance policies and organizational requirements securely and structured in the M365 environment.
• Strengthen the security of the M365 environments – e.g., through MFA, Conditional Access, and modern access procedures.
• Actively participate in security and compliance measures in the Microsoft context.
• Document processes, configurations, and policies clearly and comprehensibly.
• Support 2nd-level support for Microsoft 365 topics and be a contact point for colleagues with tricky questions.

What you bring

Must-have:

• Completed training in the IT field or comparable qualification
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and Exchange Online
• Experience with Entra ID and identity management
• Basic understanding of IT security principles in cloud environments (Zero Trust, MFA, Conditional Access, etc.)
• Structured approach and high service mentality

Nice-to-have:

• You hold a Microsoft certification
• Ideally, you already have experience in one or more of the mentioned areas of activity.
