We manage AMAG garages, Bodywork Centres and Used Car Centres, providing reliable and personalised service.To lead a team in our mechanical workshop at AMAG Petit-Lancy, we are looking for an Automotive Mechanical Group Leader (M/F) 100% for a position available immediately or by agreement.

Your tasks
- You are responsible for your group in terms of personnel, organisation and expertise
- You manage, motivate and promote a team of 8 mechanics and mechatronics technicians + 2 apprentices
- You are the link between customer service and the workshop
- You manage the workshop using key figures and ensure that objectives are met (quality and productivity)
- You assist mechanics and mechatronics technicians with mechanical tasks
- You help with the training of apprentices
Your profile
- Basic professional training as an automotive maintenance mechanic or automotive mechatronics technician (CFC). Federal diploma as a diagnostician is an advantage
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience
- You have already worked with our brands and are up to date with new technologies
- You have a high quality standard for your work and meeting deadlines when processing orders
- You encourage collaboration while making leadership decisions and take responsibility for the team’s performance and results
- You are trustworthy and able to work independently
- You demonstrate resilience in the face of challenges
