Zug Estates AG develops and operates high-quality living spaces with long-term added value. To further develop the Metalli living space in the heart of Zug, we are expanding our development team and offering a committed, entrepreneurial-minded individual the opportunity to take on a central role in real estate development.In this role, you are responsible for the development of demanding projects within our real estate portfolio, focusing on urban planning and architectural quality, sustainability, and innovation, actively shaping the future of one of the most defining urban areas in Zug.
Your main tasks include:
• Analyses & Development Potentials: To make well-founded decisions, you conduct market, location, and potential analyses and specifically identify new development opportunities.
• Competitions & Study Procedures: You are responsible for the preparation, organisation, and execution of project competitions and study commissions, ensuring quality assurance and further development of the projects.
• Project Development: You are responsible for the development of demanding centre and site developments focusing on residential, commercial, and retail uses. You design and implement future-proof mixed-use concepts with the aim of creating vibrant and attractive urban spaces.
• Project Responsibility & Quality Assurance: In your role, you take responsibility for real estate projects from strategic conception and project idea to building application. You ensure high urban planning, architectural, and design quality throughout all project phases and are responsible for the integral management of costs, schedules, and quality.
• Stakeholder Management & Coordination: In close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders – especially planners, authorities, and tenants – you manage and coordinate all project participants purposefully and efficiently.
• Sustainability & Innovation: A central part of your work is the consistent integration of sustainability and innovation in all project phases to ensure future-proof and valuable real estate solutions.
You bring the following qualifications:
• Completed studies in architecture, civil engineering, or real estate management
• Several years of experience in developing complex real estate projects
• Experience in professional handling of internal and external stakeholders
• Sound knowledge of Swiss building law, SIA standards, and real estate valuation
• Confidence in the integral management of costs, schedules, and quality
• Strong personal responsibility and a high degree of reliability
• Strong communication skills and negotiation ability in dealing with diverse stakeholder groups
• Structured, forward-looking, and solution-oriented working style
• Pronounced team orientation and ability to inspire and motivate others
• High willingness to drive innovation and actively shape change
• Willingness for continuous professional development (e.g., leadership, project management, real estate)
