Polymechanic – Maintenance with Leadership Responsibility
Tasks
- Leading the maintenance department for thermal systems

- Planning and organising overhaul work including scheduling and resource management
- Optimising systems to extend their lifespan and ensure maintainability
Requirements
- Completed technical basic training in the industrial sector, for example as a polymechanic or plant and apparatus builder
- Further education in technology and maintenance at HF or FH level
- Several years of professional experience in maintenance within a multi-shift production operation
- Proven leadership experience in a similar role
- Strong organisational skills as well as a high sense of responsibility and a communicative personality
