What to expect

• You help shape procurement strategies: Together with the Strategic Purchasing team, you plan and implement effective procurement strategies
• You take responsibility: You independently lead smaller strategic procurement projects and bring them to a successful conclusion
• You know the market: You conduct market and supplier analyses, recognise developments and derive appropriate measures
• You create decision-making bases: With meaningful cost-effectiveness and offer comparisons, you support well-founded procurement decisions
• You negotiate skilfully: You prepare price, terms and contract negotiations, conduct them and professionally document the results
• You develop suppliers further: You manage existing suppliers in a partnership manner and actively contribute to continuous development
• You are a problem solver: You advise and support our medical departments on procurement issues and develop suitable solutions together with them

What you bring

• You have a (technical) university degree in business administration, supply chain management or a comparable field, a diploma from a higher technical school (HF) or a higher professional examination (HFP)
• You have initial experience in purchasing and/or supply chain management
• You have experience in price and contract negotiations
• You have good knowledge of strategic procurement processes
• You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel – SAP knowledge is an advantage
• You impress with your strong communication skills, social competence and confident appearance
• You bring negotiation skills, analytical thinking, initiative and teamwork
