• You manage and develop your own customer portfolio in the private and business customer segment
• You maintain long-term customer relationships in the region and expand them sustainably
• You are jointly responsible for the further development of the entire Bern city region
• You coach and lead a team at our headquarters at Bundesplatz in Bern
• You are responsible for promoting and further developing your employees as well as a positive performance culture to ensure team success

• You have several years of professional experience in banking with further education at HF or FH level
• You bring strong leadership skills
• You enjoy direct customer contact and like to maintain sustainable customer relationships
• You are a convincing and inspiring personality with good communication and motivational skills
• You think entrepreneurially and act in a networked manner

• Support for your individual development needs, both in terms of time and finances
