The company is an internationally active technology and distribution group focusing on ICT, cloud, software, and digitalisation solutions. With a comprehensive portfolio of products, services, and solutions, it supports companies and business partners in successfully implementing their digital transformation and creating sustainable added value.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for group-wide reporting as well as the preparation of business, half-year, and other group reports.
You advise international companies and corporate functions on accounting and reporting matters.
You coordinate external audits at group and individual financial statement levels and act as the central contact person for the auditors.
You support M&A transactions, due diligence processes, and company valuations.
You continuously develop reporting, closing, and consolidation processes and promote automation and digitalisation.
Qualifications:
Swiss certified public accountant or CPA with solid experience in group accounting.
Very good knowledge of IFRS and interest in complex accounting and reporting topics.
Independent, precise, and solution-oriented working style with a high standard of quality.
Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
