Service Technician 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client requires an installation electrician as a service technician. In this role, you ensure that innovative lighting solutions work perfectly for the customers.

• Installation and commissioning of state-of-the-art lighting systems directly at the customer’s site

• Maintenance, repair and optimisation of existing lighting installations

• Troubleshooting and rapid problem resolution - you are the troubleshooter when it matters

• Technical advice to customers on products and applications

• Conducting training and briefings at the customer’s premises

• Documentation of service calls and direct feedback to the team

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as an electrical fitter, electronics technician or comparable electrical qualification

• Desire for action: You are often on the move and love variety

• Technical know-how and manual skills - you like to get stuck in

• Customer orientation and communication skills - you explain complex technology clearly

• Driving licence class B - your service vehicle is waiting for you

• Independent and structured way of working

• Team player mentality and solution orientation

• Ideally, first experience in technical field service or customer service
