Your Tasks
- You support the head of holiday care in various areas and occasionally take on overall responsibility as deputy (personnel management, communication with internal and external parties, budget, guidance/support of new employees and trainees)
- You plan and create the rough programme for the activities
- You manage the operational running of a holiday care location for several weeks (working hours in agreement with overall management)
Your Profile
- Social pedagogical, socio-cultural or pedagogical training at tertiary level (higher vocational education)
- You have experience in school-complementary care
- You are resilient, agile and enjoy working with children in large, changing and heterogeneous groups
- You want to take on responsibility and partly leadership tasks
- You are mostly available during the holiday care weeks and complete your annual working hours from January to the end of October
