Within the Product and Channel Management department, we are looking to strengthen the newly created role of "Lead Product Manager Investment & Wealth Solutions". In other words: you!

Your new job As Lead Product Manager in the area of "Investment & Wealth Solutions", you will design our investment and mandate solutions end-to-end and further develop the offering and service portfolio for different customer segments - the following tasks await you:

• Develop the product strategy for advisory solutions, align it with the overall bank strategy, and ensure market success, quality, and regulatory compliance
• Manage the entire product lifecycle: from idea through conception, implementation, and rollout to stable operation ("Run the Bank") and continuous improvement
• Together with the Product Owner and Business Owner, prioritise the backlog, define business requirements with specialist departments and sales, and coordinate implementation across all relevant stakeholders
• Thanks to a holistic front-to-back understanding of the information flow – from CIO, Research and Investment Office through client advisory (RM) to back office – ensure that clients and advisors can invest seamlessly, purposefully, and in regulatory compliance in investment solutions
• Lead the employees in the product area professionally, manage projects, and drive the further development of the advisory landscape in close collaboration with IT, sales, and advisory
• Continuously analyse market trends, client needs, and competition, identify opportunities and risks, derive appropriate measures, and communicate status, milestones, and challenges transparently to management and relevant stakeholders

What we benefit from

• University degree, supplemented by banking-related training or further education, as well as several years of experience in product management and development of investment and mandate solutions with end-to-end responsibility for various customer segments
• Sound knowledge in project and process management (classical and agile), use of modern methods and tools (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Continuous Improvement), and the current possibilities and limitations of AI in this environment
• Strong understanding of business contexts, market and customer needs, and regulatory requirements in the Swiss financial market (e.g. FINMA)
• Experience in professional team leadership, development of expertise, and targeted deployment of employees and resources
• Ability to analyse complex issues and communicate them appropriately to the audience, complemented by broad know-how in moderation, presentation, and conducting workshops
• Solution-oriented working style, high self-motivation, enthusiasm, and assertiveness
• Personality with high social competence, positive attitude, and the ability to maintain an overview and create clarity even in dynamic situations
