Job Description

• Processing production orders: professional, high-quality, punctual & efficient
• Hands-on. Proactive. Production-strong.: The focus is on active participation on the line. Intervening in faulty / inefficient processes - reliable, thoughtful and always where help is needed
• Technology that works: Setup, operation & monitoring of machines, systems & equipment including troubleshooting & minor repairs
• Focus & perspectives: Personnel development (training & further education), production scheduling as well as coordination tasks

We expect

• Basic technical training such as production mechanic / mechatronics technician or automation technician or similar
• At least 5 years of experience in contract logistics or co-packing or in production, mechanics or assembly
• At least 3 years of leadership experience
• Mechanical know-how, IT user skills & manual dexterity
• German (C1/native) - any additional language is a plus
• Decisiveness & assertiveness, sociability & reliability, willingness to learn & systematic approach
