Purchasing Specialist 100% (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You develop procurement strategies in coordination with management.
You manage strategic suppliers and conduct the corresponding negotiations.
You continuously compare offers, prices, qualities, and delivery conditions.
Market and competitive developments are incorporated into your purchasing decisions.
You define purchasing guidelines and ensure their implementation.
You prepare purchasing key figures for controlling and analyse them.
You organise supplier and trade fair visits to gain market and information insights.
You monitor stock levels and procurement needs in ongoing purchasing.
Qualifications:
Commercial apprenticeship with several years of experience in purchasing.
Further training as a purchasing specialist with a federal certificate is an advantage.
Experience in strategic procurement and supplier management.
Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
You have a confident command of German, both spoken and written.
You work analytically, goal-oriented, and with a quick grasp.
Resilience, reliability, and high loyalty characterise you.
Negotiation-level German and good French skills.
