Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF with Psychiatric Experience - Temporary Assignment in Spitex

Your Tasks

• Independent psychiatric care and support of clients at home
• Accompanying and supporting people with various psychiatric conditions
• Conducting needs assessments as well as planning and implementing individual care measures
• Promoting and maintaining the independence and everyday skills of clients
• Recognising changes and crisis situations and initiating appropriate measures
• Supporting medication management and ensuring therapy adherence
• Professional communication and relationship work
• Maintaining complete and professional care documentation
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors, therapists, relatives and other specialist agencies

Our Requirements

• Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH
• Work experience in psychiatry is essential
• Ideally experience in outpatient psychiatric care or Spitex
• High level of independence and confidence in dealing with psychiatric conditions
• Strong communication skills and professional proximity-distance behaviour
• Resilient, empathetic and responsible personality
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Category B driving licence advantageous or required depending on the area of assignment
