Lobby Lounge Bar Manager 100% (m/f/d)
Your daily work
- Ensuring a smooth service process while considering internal service standards
- Efficient service and active sales to guests
- Responsibility for daily closures, inventory, implementation of HACCP guidelines, and further development of internal processes in the outlet
- Maintaining our guest database and expanding the existing regular clientele
- Individual promotion of employees and conducting training sessions
- Employee scheduling and taking on administrative tasks
What we expect from you
- A completed degree from a Swiss hotel management school or a completed training as a restaurant specialist EFZ with corresponding professional experience in the bar area
- Experience in a comparable position in 5-star hospitality
- Proven leadership experience, including the ability to motivate teams, develop employees, and successfully lead through challenging situations
- A high quality awareness and ideally knowledge of LQA and SDH standards
- Solid knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktail knowledge
- Very good language skills in German and English
