Lobby Lounge Bar Manager 100% (m/f/d)

Your daily work

• Ensuring a smooth service process while considering internal service standards
• Efficient service and active sales to guests
• Responsibility for daily closures, inventory, implementation of HACCP guidelines, and further development of internal processes in the outlet
• Maintaining our guest database and expanding the existing regular clientele
• Individual promotion of employees and conducting training sessions
• Employee scheduling and taking on administrative tasks

What we expect from you

• A completed degree from a Swiss hotel management school or a completed training as a restaurant specialist EFZ with corresponding professional experience in the bar area
• Experience in a comparable position in 5-star hospitality
• Proven leadership experience, including the ability to motivate teams, develop employees, and successfully lead through challenging situations
• A high quality awareness and ideally knowledge of LQA and SDH standards
• Solid knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktail knowledge
• Very good language skills in German and English
