Your main responsibilities:
- Professional advice and support for customers at the counter, by phone, and by email
- Administrative tasks related to resident services, such as maintaining the resident register, providing address information, issuing certificates and confirmations
- Handling foreign nationals' law tasks of the resident services
- Management of cemetery and funeral services
- Responsible for the AHV branch office of the Social Insurance Center Thurgau, as well as providing information on all social insurance matters
- Professional training of apprentices in the Resident and Authority Services department
- Health insurance control office (except IPV)
- General administrative work for the municipal chancellery
Your profile:
- Commercial basic training, preferably in the field of public administration
- Solid IT user knowledge of the programs Innosolv and CMI is an advantage
- Professional experience in the public sector, especially in the area of resident services, is desired
- Strong oral and written communication skills, open and confident demeanor, as well as enjoyment in contact with citizens and authorities
- Proactive, independent working style, high self-motivation, as well as service-oriented and reliable work approach
- Organizational talent, team player with high advisory and social skills
- Meaningful and interesting activities in an attractive and innovative municipality of the canton of Thurgau
