To strengthen our Lausanne office, we are looking for:

Personnel Consultant

Your tasks

Actively develop the client portfolio through targeted prospecting actions.

Ensure the pre-selection of candidates, organise and conduct interviews.

Negotiate salary conditions with candidates and clients.

Guarantee the follow-up of assignments as well as the lasting satisfaction of clients and candidates.

Cover for other consultants during their absences.

Regularly inform yourself about changes in various collective agreements.

Your profile

Proven experience in recruitment and commercial prospecting in temporary placement. (Construction sector – building is an asset)

Excellent knowledge of the LSE (essential).

Good knowledge of the Romandy economic fabric.

A dynamic personality ready to integrate into a stable and collaborative team.

Proven negotiation skills and great adaptability.

Team spirit, autonomy, rigour and listening skills are characteristics that define you.

Desire to invest in the long term in a recognised company.
