Your main tasks:
- Personnel and professional leadership of about 9 directly subordinate employees including deployment planning and vacation replacement
- Ensuring optimal operation of the site
- Acquisition and implementation of additional services
- Planning, coordination, and monitoring of inspection and maintenance work on all systems according to SLA and applicable regulations at the site
- Organizing, coordinating, and supervising FM tasks performed by third parties
- Ensuring communication between all stakeholders inside and outside the organization
- Responsibility for ensuring and complying with relevant, valid regulations, both technical and occupational safety related
- Support during internal and external audits
- Responsibility and execution of all internal and external administrative activities at the site including booking supplier invoices and weekly orders
- Deputizing for the responsible Facility Manager
Your profile:
- Completed commercial/technical basic training with diploma (state-recognized FA/EFZ)
- Basic knowledge of building technology maintenance and accounting (debtors/creditors)
- Professional experience in a comparable position including leadership experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of machine and cleaning agent use according to hygiene standards
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Proficient German skills in communication and correspondence, additional languages are an advantage
- Quick comprehension, high flexibility
- Driver's license category B and clean record are mandatory; company car available
