Your tasks
- Leadership, promotion, and continuous development of the cleaning team employees with support from the site management
- Maintaining constant customer contact and being the contact person for technical questions
- Co-responsibility and ensuring the quality, hygiene, and preservation of value of the buildings and premises
- Conducting quality controls as well as coaching and supporting employees
- Compliance with the specified quality, safety, and hygiene guidelines
- Compliance with the specified patrol times
- Recruitment of new employees
- Administrative tasks
Your profile
- Completed training/continuing education in housekeeping, hospitality, building cleaning, or facility management is an advantage
- Professional competence in cleaning and/or building maintenance
- Work experience in healthcare and/or hospitality/housekeeping is an advantage
- A personable, strong leadership personality with a pronounced sense of organization and coordination
- Leadership experience and hands-on mentality
- Structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Open personality and strong communication skills
- Good MS Office user skills
