About the job
tilia offers people from the age of 18 who depend on care and support a professional and caring environment where they are well looked after. At our five locations in the Bern metropolitan area, resident- and palliative-care-oriented nursing and support are central. tilia operates inpatient long-term living areas, specialized departments for dementia and respiratory diseases, psychiatric, neurological and bariatric long-term care as well as various outpatient services.

What you can achieve with us:
- process-oriented care and support of our residents at night
- task planning during the night
- coordination with nursing assistant personnel
What you bring with you:
- joy in the nursing profession in long-term care and working at night
- health specialist, nursing specialist DNI, or equivalent training
- very good German skills (spoken and written)
- responsible, interdisciplinary thinking and decisive personality with a high quality mindset
