The Davos Klosters Mountains are five mountain and ski areas in the Grisons Alps. In addition to the mountain railways, Davos Klosters Bergbahnen AG operates over 23 accommodations under the brand Mountain Hotels and Resorts, ranging from simple group houses to upscale four-star superior hotels.

For the upcoming winter season 2025/26, we are looking for a person for the Bolgen Plaza restaurant at the Jakobshorn valley station as:

The Restaurant

The Bolgen Plaza at the foot of the Jakobshorn is a meeting point throughout the year and has 150 seats and a large sun terrace. The restaurant impresses with its very central location and its hearty cuisine.

Your Tasks

• Support the kitchen team in preparing high-quality dishes
• Preparation of ingredients and workstations before and during service times
• Compliance with high quality and hygiene standards in the kitchen
• Care and maintenance of kitchen equipment

Your Profile

• Experience as a cook is an advantage
• You have a high level of commitment as well as a structured and independent way of working
• Personality: You have good manners and a well-groomed appearance, you enjoy working in a team and are open-minded.
• Commitment: You are flexible, resilient, and willing to work on weekends and holidays
• Language: You have good oral and written German skills.
